You’ve been thinking about remodeling your kitchen, updating your master bath, create an addition, or
incorporate an outdoor living space for your home...
Start researching and creating a wish-list of what you want and don’t want.
|
 |
Why are you remodeling?
What’s your budget range?
What’s your time frame for completion?
What sort of ideas do you have?
These are some of the lead questions we will ask in our first phone conversation. From here, we will set up a first meeting. |
 |
Our consultant team will visit your home and take a look at your space. As we listen to you communicate your goals, we will begin evaluating solutions that may be best for you and discuss realistic budget expectations.
Here, we can address any obvious issues and set up a design contract in order to proceed. |
 |
Detailed measurements and photographs of your space will be taken to allow our interior designer to begin working from an accurate plan.
From this point, it will take between 2 –3 weeks to generate the preliminary plans for your first look at our proposal. |
 |
Information is presented and you will see how your new custom plan addresses your goals, wish-list items, and budget. Floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings will help you visualize and understand your new space.
Next, we will make necessary revisions based on your feedback from the design presentation. |
 |
Once the final changes have been approved and you feel comfortable the project will achieve your goals, we will write up a detailed construction contract with all final selections and costs.
This ensures a strong and clear understanding between each other and what is expected during the project. |
 |
We are now ready to start construction on your project and turn your design into reality. We work as a team to oversee the project until completion. A daily job log is filled out ensuring scheduling and inspections from everyone working in the space is done correctly.
During this time, your home may be undergoing a lot of changes and temporary lifestyle adjustment may be necessary. We will meet with you weekly and discuss any questions you have. |
 |
A final walkthrough with your lead carpenter, design team, and you is the exciting step in seeing the final design and making sure we have covered everything as expected.
We stand behind our quality and any warranty issues that arise will be addressed. |
